BJ is a full-time PhD student at the University of Plymouth, balancing rigorous academic pursuits with the joys and responsibilities of family life with two children. The research focuses onexploring elements of competence for developing KS3 students' language skills in an educational digital storytelling environment. On successful completion of the PhD program, BJ hopes to make a further contribution to this area of research.
